Our payment and cancellation policy is simple and straight forward:
Because of the high demand for space at our surf camps and the upfront costs to transport you to us, we require a 50% non-refundable credit card deposit* to hold any and all reservations. We also require the remaining balance to be paid upon to your reservation arrival date.
* Please remember that you will have up until one month to your arrival to cancel or make changes to your reservation. If you cancel or change before one month prior to your arrival, we will give you a credit for your paid portion subtracting a $150 cancellation charge. This credit will be held on file at Una Ola for one year after the first scheduled trip. You must at least book your next reservation at Una Ola within one year from cancellation date.
No refunds!
All other cancellations made within 30-days prior to your arrival will be credited subject to our discretion.
