Pavones, Costa Rica –   The waves sucked today!  The wind was blowing at the crack of dawn, making a mess of things early.  There were still some decent sized sets coming through.  Hopefully, there will be some leftovers tomorrow morning.

We had an early morning low tide of 0.83ft @ 6:00am, pushing up to a high tide of 7.99ft @ 12:16pm, dropping down to a low tide of 0.85ft @ 6:12pm this evening.

Pavones, Costa Rica –   The waves were good today!  The swell is definitely dropping in size and consistency, but there were still some really good waves coming through this morning.  The wind was clean and glassy with the corner working most of the day.

We had an early morning low tide of 1.41ft @ 5:03am, pushing up to a high tide of 7.50ft @ 11:21am, dropping down to a low tide of 1.32ft @ 5:17pm this evening.

5-7ft  Shoulder to head high + waves with good shape.

Pavones, Costa Rica –   The waves were pretty epic today!  It was super consistent and the swell angle was just right, with the bigger sets were connecting all the way to the boathouse.  The huge sandbar at the rivermouth was still closing out on the smaller waves, but producing some clean barrels when sets came rifling down the point.  Wind was light most of the day, with the corner working through all tides and wind conditions.

We had an early morning low tide of 1.87ft @ 4:03am, pushing up to a high tide of 7.16ft @ 10:21am, dropping down to a low tide of 1.66ft @ 4:20pm this afternoon.

Pavones, Costa Rica –   The swell really kicked in this morning with consistent overhead surf.  The corner was still closing out a bit, but much better than we’ve seen in over a month.  The wind was light and glassy early, turning onshore quickly, blowing out the point by noon.

We had a morning high tide of 7.04ft @ 9:19am, dropping down to a low tide of 1.81ft @ 3:21pm, then pushing up to a high tide of 7.61ft @ 9:54pm tonight

Pavones, Costa Rica –   A new swell started to show up this morning building throughout the day.  The waves we okay, but mostly closing out on the huge sand berm that formed at the rivermouth this month.  The wind was on it early and made a mess of things quickly.  Head high, blown out waves showing up late in the day.

We had a morning high tide of 7.13ft @ 8:18am, dropping down to a low tide of 1.76ft @ 2:24pm, then pushing up to a high tide of 7.39ft @ 8:56pm tonight

Pavones, Costa Rica –   Small fun surf this morning at the point.  The wind was calm and glassy.  It was closing out a bit on the lower tide, but still better than we’ve seen in a while.

Pavones, Costa Rica –   The surf looked small but fun this morning.  The wind was calm and glassy until about noon.  The dropping tide took the guts out of it and the incoming tide was blown.  Tomorrow morning should be fun.
