Costa Rica Surf Report:

5-7ft Shoulder to head high + waves with good shape.

Pavones, Costa Rica– The swell was still pumping early this morning, but backed off as the day progressed, growing less consistent soon after the peak high tide at noon. The shape was very good on the incoming tide. Winds were offshore all morning, turning onshore just before noon.

Costa Rica Tides:

We had an early morning low tide of 1.56ft @ 5:17am, pushing up to a high tide of 8.04ft @ 11:41am, dropping down to a low tide of 1.39ft @ 6:01pm this evening.

Costa Rica Weather:

The weather in Pavones, Costa Rica was hot with mostly sunny skies turning partly cloudy from time to time. The wind was offshore early, then turning light onshore just before noon.

Costa Rica Surf Report:

6-8ft Overhead waves with good shape.

Pavones, Costa Rica– The swell was pumping this morning with some long hollow waves pushing through the point. The winds were offshore all morning, glassing off around noon with the rains, then blowing light onshore at about 3pm.

Costa Rica Tides:

We had an early morning low tide of 1.48ft @ 4:18am, pushing up to a high tide of 8.00ft @ 10:46am, dropping down to a low tide of 1.52ft @ 5:04pm this evening.

Costa Rica Weather:

The weather in Pavones, Costa Rica was hot with mostly cloudy skies with some heavy rain showers passing through this afternoon and evening. The wind was offshore early, glassing off for a bit, then turned onshore late this afternoon.

Costa Rica Surf Report:

4-7ft Chest to head high + waves with fair to good shape.

Pavones, Costa Rica– The swell arrived this morning, but so did the crowd. It was a shit show for most of the morning until all the frothing knuckleheads got there fill and started to mellow out. Expect to be dropped in on today! The waves were little wonky early, getting better as the day progress. The winds started to clean up after a big rainstorm passed through Pavones.

We had a morning high tide of 8.08ft @ 9:45am, dropping down to a low tide of 1.50ft @ 3:59pm, then moving up to a high tide of 7.69ft @ 10:12pm tonight.

Pavones, Costa Rica– The surf picked up slightly, but didn’t look all that good this morning. The wind was on it by 10:00am blowing out soon afterwards.

Costa Rica Tides:

We had a morning high tide of 8.31ft @ 8:42am, dropping down to a low tide of 1.28ft @ 2:52pm, then moving up to a high tide of 7.69ft @ 9:07pm tonight.

Pavones, Costa Rica – The surf was flat, again. I decided not to take a photo for the surf report today. That way, you could exercise your imagination. You’ll thank me later, or not.

We had a morning high tide of 8.66ft @ 7:41am, dropping down to a low tide of 0.88ft @ 1:47pm, then moving up to a high tide of 8.19ft @ 8:04pm tonight.

3ft Waist high waves with poor shape.

Pavones, Costa Rica – The surf looked grim. Still, I paddled out and my expectations were met. It sucked! The wind was on it by noon and the tide was dropping all morning. I was hoping the incoming tide and evening glass off might help, it didn’t.

We had an early morning high tide of 9.42ft @ 5:48am, dropping down to a low tide of -0.12ft @ 11:50am, then moving up to a high tide of 9.44ft @ 6:07pm this evening.

3ft Waist high waves with poor shape.

Pavones, Costa Rica – The surf was small, gutless and more or less, worthless. One lone dick dragger was making the most of things. I guess when you are laying on your belly, it looks overhead. The wind was on it by noon and the tide was dropping all morning.

We had an early morning high tide of 9.66ft @ 4:55am, dropping down to a low tide of -0.52ft @ 10:56am, moving up to a high tide of 9.97ft @ 5:14pm this evening.

3-5ft Waist to shoulder high + waves with fair to good shape.

Pavones, Costa Rica – The swell dropped a bunch overnight. The point was still looking really fun, but compared to yesterday, it’s quite lackluster. The sets were more consistent in the morning, but soon after they got fewer and further between. The wind was calm and glassy most of the day.

We had an early morning high tide of 9.71ft @ 4:04am, dropping down to a low tide of -0.73ft @ 10:05am, moving up to a high tide of 10.31ft @ 4:22pm this afternoon.

Costa Rica Surf Report:

6-9ft Overhead waves with good to perfect shape.

Pavones, Costa Rica – The point was on fire today. Glassy conditions, good swell direction and consistent sets made the entire point into a wave machine. Shape held up through most of the huge tidal swing. Some good tubes on the incoming tide. I’m surfed out. Sorry the photos didn’t do it justice.

We had a morning low tide of -0.73ft @ 9:13am, moving up to a high tide of 10.42ft @ 3:32pm, then dropping back down to a low tide of -1.38ft @ 9:47pm tonight.
