Costa Rica Surf Report:
3-5ft Waist to shoulder high waves with fair shape.
Pavones, Costa Rica – The swell is dropping with with waist to shoulder high surf and decent shape. There were only two guys out when I checked it at low tide. The wind was calm and surfing conditions were glassy until it started blown hard onshore at about 10am making a mess of things for the remainder of the day. We boated out to Cabo Matapalo on the Osa Peninsula to take advantage of the conditions and scored some overhead waves at Backwash all to ourselves.
